General Info

Where are you and what are your hours?
We’re at 13772 Old FM 123 Rd. Ste 4444, San Antonio, TX 78253. Open daily from 6:30a-5p. Please verify holiday hours by checking our calendar.

Can I visit even if I don’t have a dog?
Absolutely! Everyone’s welcome—dog owners, friends, families, and solo coffee and boba fans alike.

Is the park indoors or outdoors?
At Roly Poly Bark Park, we’re all about the dogs and their people, but we’re still figuring out how to mix off-leash pups with safe, clean, relaxed cafe vibes. We want everyone to enjoy our space without stress or chaos. So, while dogs will always be welcome inside, we’re rolling out a fresh, open-air section designed just for the off-leash crew to run, sniff, and play freely.

Do I have to pay to visit?
Heck no! the off-leash dog zone is FREE with any same-day purchase, however we aim to keep it safe, sound and fun for everyone. To keep our dog park clean, fun, and safe, there’s a small fee just for pups who want to use the off-leash play area. This helps us take great care of the space for everyone 🐾🌿✨

Is it okay to work or study at your café?
Yes! You’ll find comfy seats, free Wi-Fi, and good company. Settle in for as long as you like.

Dog Rules & Safety

What do I need to know before bringing my dog?
Stay with your dog and keep leashes on in shared spaces. We love seeing pups who enjoy meeting new friends. If you need help with introductions or anything else, just ask! For allergies and safety we ask that you skip bringing outside snacks and we appreciate your help in keeping our space clean.

Are vaccines required?
Yes. All pups should be current on rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines.

Can I drop off my dog and leave?
Sorry, no. You need to stay on-site. We’re about people and pups hanging out together.

Can my dog be off-leash everywhere inside?
Off-leash play is only in the designated park zones. Keep your dog leashed in café and lounge areas.

Do you allow all dog breeds and sizes?
Yes—as long as your dog is friendly, healthy, and not in heat, everyone’s invited.

Food, Allergies & Merch

What do you offer to eat and drink?
Coffees, teas, pastries, and snacks for humans. Treats and even special drinks (puppuccinos!) for dogs. Simple, healthy ingredients always.

Are there safe options for allergies?
Just ask! We offer options for pups and people with allergies or special diets, and can tell you exactly what’s in everything.

Do you sell dog gear or merchandise?
Yes! We have toys, treats, apparel, and more, for both pups and their humans. Check out our shop in-store or online.

How do memberships and loyalty perks work?
For now we are offering an old fashioned punch card! We’d love to hear your suggestions.

Events, Accessibility & More

Can I host a party or special event?
Of course! We can help you celebrate birthdays or other occasions. Contact us to set something up. We will be working on after hours events as well if you’d rather opt for a more private get together outside of business hours.

What if I need special accommodations?
We’re ADA-compliant and happy to help with any special requests or needs—just reach out.

Are you eco-friendly?
We are doing our best. We use recyclable/compostable packaging, source locally, and do our best to reduce waste every day. We also use automatic water faucets and air hand dryers to save water and cut down on paper waste. For dog waste, we follow best practices by disposing of it through the recommended sewer system—doing our part to keep landfills cleaner. Every little step helps us care for the planet and our community.
